The Microsoft Lumia 640 XL is a phablet-sized version of the Microsoft Lumia 640. The handset features a larger 5.7-inch 720 x 1280 resolution screen compared to the 5-inch display on the Lumia 640. Besides the size of the screen, the Lumia 640 XL has a better camera on back (13MP) and front (5MP). The battery is also a higher capacity 3000mAh cell. AT&T will be offering both models at an undisclosed future date.
