Back last November, we showed you leaked images of what was alleged to be the ZTE Nubia Z9. The spectacular bezel-less look was seen again this past January in a photo of what was claimed to be a prototype of the phone. At the time, there was a report stating that ZTE was having trouble mass-producing the handset. But the manufacturer must have straightened things out. This past Monday, we told you that ZTE had confirmed that it will be holding a media event on March 26th to introduce the ZTE Nubia Z9.
Even though Apple shipped some Apple Watch app developers to Cupertino to help them finish their work, few of them have actually seen the Apple Watch in action. Still, many are excited about the prospects of coming up with a "killer app" for the timepiece which launches on April 24th. We've seen what can happen to the lucky developer who comes up with that app that everyone wants on their phone and tablet. Companies like Instagram (eventually bought out by Facebook for $1 billion) and WhatsApp (which Facebook paid $21 billion for) have made multi-millionaires out of their founders.
Samsung won't launch the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge before April 10, but we've already seen the handsets, and we agree that the S6 edge looks unique. While Samsung didn't use the word "unique" when announcing the two new devices, the company's CEO, JK Shin, said that they're "the most beautiful smartphones" in its history.
Google Calendar for iOS launched today, and the app is available for free from the Apple App Store. The "official" Google Calendar allows you to see your schedule with maps and photos of the places you're going. Information from Gmail like flight, concert, restaurant and hotel reservations are automatically added to your calendar. Entering events can be accomplished quickly and easily, and you can switch between viewing a single day or multiple days. Google Calendar will work with the other calendars you have on your iPhone.
According to a Wall Street Journal report, Apple is currently "testing" a new color option for its next generation iPhones (possibly called iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus). While the new iPhones will most probably have the same three color versions that the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have (gray, silver, and gold), the fourth color option, according to the WSJ, could be pink.
On Tuesday, 14 more retailers added support for Apple Pay. The mobile payment service is now accepted by 61 merchants. One of the new names on the list is Coca-Cola Vending. This means that if you're hot and thirsty and dying for a Coke, you can purchase one even if you have no money in your pocket. There are 40,000 Coca-Cola vending machines in operation that are compatible with Apple Pay, and that number will hit 100,000 by the end of the year.

Now that Apple has officially announced a launch date for Apple Watch, some companies are saying that they will be releasing an app for the timepiece. On Monday, Evernote said it was going to have an Apple Watch app. Now, travel site Expedia announced that it too will have an app available for Apple's timepiece. Expedia says that its app will be ready to go on April 24th, the date that the wearable will be released.
