LOS ANGELES — Harrison Ford reportedly sustained serious injuries in a small-plane crash during an emergency landing Thursday at Venice's Penmar Golf Course, which is near Santa Monica Municipal Airport.
Mashable confirmed with Los Angeles Police Department Officer Maria Vanegas that one male around the age of 65 to 70 was injured in the single-engine plane crash, transported to a local hospital and remains in "stable condition."
Ford, a known pilot, is 72. He was reportedly seen being helped at the crash site around 2:30 p.m. The plane was a two-seater, according to police. Ford sustained lacerations and possible bone fractures, NBC reported. Read more...
